Alex received funds to purchase 4,200 copies of his book, The Moral Case for Fossil Fuels, for distribution to politicians, influencers, and businessmen in the fuel industry with the purpose of creating awareness of the book’s topic. He also received a matching grant (to help attract other donors) so that he could focus on writing his follow-up book, “Fossil Future: Why Global Human Flourishing Requires More Oil, Coal, and Natural Gas—Not Less.”
