Angelica (Angel) Werth received a Productiveness Grant to fuel her continuing effort to expand her knowledge and improve her skills.
Angel is a Fellow and Programs Manager at the Objective Standard Institute (OSI), where she plays a pivotal role in cultivating the next generation of intellectuals and creators. In her work at OSI, Angel manages both the Junior Fellowship and the Intellectual Accelerator programs—two initiatives designed to help aspiring thinkers develop their skills, expand their knowledge, and bring their ideas into the world with clarity and confidence. She also contributes to the development and administration of OSI’s educational courses, working closely with students while providing guidance, mentorship, and personalized support.
Beyond her work at OSI, Angel serves as an associate editor and writer for The Objective Standard, where she collaborates on a range of editorial projects and writes about cultural, literary, and philosophical themes. She is also an Ayn Rand Fellow at the Foundation for Economic Education, further expanding her reach as an educator and advocate for individualism, reason, and human flourishing.
In addition to her professional roles, Angel is an enthusiastic reader with a special passion for fiction. She explores philosophical ideas in literature on her Substack, Fictionosophy, analyzing stories, characters, and themes through a thoughtful, intellectual lens. She also brings these ideas to life on her YouTube channel, Fictionosophy, engaging audiences through videos on fiction and philosophy and the connections between them.
Whether through teaching, mentoring, writing, or storytelling, Angel is dedicated to helping people think more deeply, read more meaningfully, and pursue ideas that enrich their lives.
