Kiyah Willis has received three Productiveness Grants to fuel her continuing effort to expand her knowledge and improve her skills.
Kiyah is a Fellow at the Objective Standard Institute (OSI), where she focuses on analyzing cultural trends and uncovering the philosophic ideas that drive them. With a keen interest in the causes and consequences of the beliefs shaping today’s world, she works to clarify how rational principles—and their opposites—play out in real time across politics, media, education, and everyday life.
A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Kiyah began her professional journey as a data analyst. Her background in analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving now informs her approach to cultural commentary. Instead of analyzing spreadsheets, she analyzes ideas—bringing the same precision, curiosity, and rigor to explaining how philosophical premises influence human behavior and social outcomes.
Kiyah creates content across multiple platforms, including X, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Substack, where she advocates reason, individualism, and liberty. Her videos and essays help audiences understand not only what is happening in the culture, but why it is happening—and what philosophical shifts are needed for human flourishing. With a style that is clear, relatable, and intellectually grounded, she connects complex ideas to the practical concerns of daily life.
Outside her work, Kiyah enjoys hiking in the mountains, watching anime, and spending time with her dog, Archie—who occasionally makes cameo appearances in her content. Whether she’s unpacking the latest cultural trend or offering a deeper look at foundational philosophical principles, Kiyah is dedicated to helping people think more clearly, live more intentionally, and engage the world with confidence and purpose.
