Ayn Rand Center Armenia (ARCA), with the support of Prometheus Foundation, continues its ambitious “Objectivism for Highschoolers” mega-project in partnership with Yerevan State University’s Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology. The program recently reached its 14th and 15th stops at Yerevan High School No. 127 and Yerevan High School No. 29, engaging two groups of twenty-five 10th–11th grade students.
University lecturers introduced students to philosophy as an academic field, while ARCA representatives presented a clear, accessible overview of Objectivism and Ayn Rand’s life. Students participated in lively Q&A sessions, explored Objectivist values and the philosophy’s seven virtues, and wrote essays on pressing contemporary themes—an effort to spark critical thinking at an early stage.
Fall Book Club 2025 Concludes With Deep Discussion and Graduation
ARCA also celebrated major milestones in its “Fall Book Club 2025” program. During the seventh meeting, participants examined the final chapter of Leonard Peikoff’s Teaching Johnny To Think, debating themes of critical thinking, logical reasoning, and conceptualization.
The eighth and final meeting featured a full-book summary and a ceremony honoring the graduates. Each participant reflected on the program’s opportunities, challenges, and intellectual value. ARCA CEO Gor Badalyan praised their dedication and encouraged ongoing collaboration, followed by congratulations from book club moderators Julia Abrahamyan and Gevorg Petrosyan. Graduates received certificates recognizing their commitment and active engagement.

Empowering the Next Generation Through Ideas
From high-school classrooms to structured philosophical reading circles, ARCA’s initiatives demonstrate a growing cultural impact in Armenia. None of this would be possible without the continued support of Prometheus Foundation, whose funding enables ARCA to invest in young thinkers and build a foundation for a freer, more rational future.
